The production decision

The right color method begins with fiber compatibility.

Dyeing can happen at yarn, fabric, or garment stage. Each route creates a different level of control, character, lead time, and variation. Natural fibers, synthetics, and blends also respond differently, so the substrate must be confirmed before the effect is promised.

We develop the shade or effect on the proposed material, record the approved result, and use that reference to evaluate bulk production. Deliberately irregular finishes are still controlled against an agreed range.

Color is reviewed on the material it will actually be sold in, not only on a screen.

    Identify composition, construction, base color, finish, quantity, and intended product use.

    Define the target

    Provide a physical standard, Pantone reference where suitable, or an approved garment and describe the intended effect.

    Develop a lab dip or sample

    Test the selected dye route on the proposed fiber and adjust shade or treatment conditions.

    Approve a standard

    Record the acceptable shade, character, hand feel, and any allowed variation before bulk processing.

    Run & finish the lot

    Dye under controlled conditions, then rinse, neutralize, dry, and finish as the material requires.

    Evaluate & release

    Compare shade and appearance, review test requirements, and isolate pieces outside the agreed range.
