Clarify scope and quotation
Open questions are resolved and pricing is prepared around construction, materials, customization, quantity, packaging, and delivery requirements. Commercial terms are stated in the project quotation.
Confirm development details
Measurements, fabric, color, trims, labels, artwork sizes, placements, and packaging are documented for sampling.
Develop and review the sample
The sample is checked against the agreed direction. Feedback should be consolidated, specific, and tied to measurements or visible details wherever possible.
Approve the bulk reference
Bulk production starts only after the sample, final specifications, quantity breakdown, and relevant artwork or branding details are approved.
Produce and check
Cutting, sewing, decoration, finishing, and in-process checks follow the approved reference, with updates at meaningful checkpoints.
Final review, packing, and dispatch
Finished units are reviewed, packed to the agreed requirement, and prepared for the confirmed shipping method. Courier tracking is shared when available.
