No. A tech pack is useful, but clear reference images, desired fit, materials, quantities, decoration, and target timing are enough to start a practical conversation. Development work can then be scoped if specifications are incomplete.
Yes. Woven or printed labels, care labels, hangtags, folding, and packaging can be included when their specifications and quantities are confirmed for the project.
Only verified evidence will be published. Factory, team, capacity, sustainability, and location claims are intentionally excluded until the supporting information is approved for public use.
