Original garment development

Cut, sew, and build from your idea.

For products that need their own fit and construction, not a logo added to a stock blank. We connect pattern development, sampling, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing in one production path.

The production decision

A garment should be engineered as one complete product.

Cut-and-sew production begins with the product specification. Pattern pieces, seam allowances, grain direction, construction order, fabric behavior, and finishing details all influence how the approved garment looks and wears.

We use sampling to resolve those decisions before bulk cutting. Once the fit, material, construction, decoration, and brand details are approved, the production reference becomes the standard for the run.

Available directions

Where we can enter your development process

Bring a detailed tech pack or an early reference. The starting point changes; the need for clear approvals does not.

01

Pattern & specification development

Translate measurements, references, and construction ideas into workable pattern pieces and a production specification.

Best for original silhouettes
02

Prototype & fit refinement

Develop a sample, assess balance and fit, then document agreed revisions before the production sample.

Fit is approved, not assumed
03

Grading & markers

Scale the approved base size across the required size range and plan markers around fabric width and grain.

Size rules stay explicit
04

Construction & assembly

Coordinate seams, panels, pockets, closures, rib, lining, reinforcement, and stitch details around the intended use.

Built around the product
05

Decoration & brand finishing

Add printing, embroidery, labels, hangtags, trims, folding, and packaging within the same approved build.

Retail-ready presentation
06

Small-batch or repeat production

Start with a focused run or plan a repeatable program using an approved sample and documented specifications.

The working sequence

From product brief to packed order

Approval gates protect the details that matter and prevent bulk work from moving ahead on assumptions.

  1. 01

    Define the product

Confirm silhouette, use, measurements, fabric direction, quantities, decoration, trims, packaging, and target timing.

  2. 02

    Develop pattern & sample

Create the working pattern and first physical sample, then compare it with the agreed brief.

  3. 03

    Refine & approve

Record fit and construction changes; approve the production reference before bulk materials are committed.

  4. 04

    Cut & assemble

Plan markers, cut components, bundle them by size, and sew in the defined construction sequence.

  5. 05

    Inspect & finish

Check measurements and workmanship, complete decoration and labels, clean threads, press, and finish.

  6. 06

    Pack & dispatch

Audit quantities and assortments, pack to the approved brief, and prepare the order for worldwide delivery.

Better inputs. Fewer assumptions.

What to send, and what we check.

What to provide

  • Product referenceA tech pack, sketch, reference garment, or clear front/back images.
  • Fit & size rangeTarget measurements, base size, intended fit, and the sizes you plan to order.
  • Commercial briefQuantity by color and size, target market, target timing, and any budget guardrails.

Our checkpoint

Quality considerations

  • Measurement controlCritical points are checked against the approved specification and agreed tolerances.
  • Construction integritySeam type, stitch consistency, reinforcement, attachments, and stress areas are reviewed.
  • Visual consistencySymmetry, panel matching, placement, shade, surface marks, and overall appearance are assessed.
  • Final presentationLoose threads, pressing, labels, size assortment, folding, and packaging are checked before dispatch.

The approved reference

A specification becomes useful when you can compare production against it.

Words such as "premium," "soft," "vintage," or "large" are open to interpretation. A physical sample, exact measurement, approved swatch, artwork size, or signed proof gives the team a shared standard.

  • 01 Define the decision
  • 02 Review a physical result
  • 03 Record the approval
  • 04 Inspect bulk against it
